Project Challenges
The maintenance was carried out while the gym remained fully operational, requiring careful planning to minimise disruption to members and staff. Access to the rooftop VRF outdoor units had to be coordinated in advance, and additional time was needed to place the Mitsubishi VRF system into test mode through the Building Management System (BMS) for accurate performance testing.
Commercial air conditioning maintenance is ideally scheduled during spring or autumn before peak summer demand. Servicing before the hottest months helps reduce the risk of breakdowns when cooling systems are working at maximum capacity.
