What does Climate Flow do?

Climate Flow Limited installs, repairs and maintains commercial refrigeration, air conditioning and domestic heating for businesses and homes in London and surrounding areas. Commercial refrigeration is the core of the work. Every service line has 24/7 emergency callouts.

The work falls into three lines:

• Commercial refrigeration. Cold rooms and freezer rooms, walk-in chillers and freezers, cellar coolers, blast chillers, ice machines, display and upright fridges and freezers, glass-door display chillers, condensing unit replacement, gas leak detection, repair and planned preventive maintenance (PPM). • Air conditioning, residential and commercial. Split, multi-split, ducted, cassette and VRF/VRV systems, installed, serviced and repaired. The detail is on our air conditioning page.
• Domestic heating and boilers. Boiler servicing, repair and breakdown, radiators and pipework, in homes only. Our central heating and boilers page covers it.

Climate Flow is a service business: there is nothing to buy online, and every job starts with an engineer seeing the system. We also take on plumbing, bathroom fitting and underfloor heating work.

Is Climate Flow F-Gas certified?

Yes. Climate Flow is F-Gas certified. F gases (fluorinated gases) are controlled by UK rules on who may work on them. A company that services stationary equipment containing F gas for others, including air conditioning and refrigeration, must be certified by an approved body. A business that contracts another company to service its refrigeration system needs that company to be certified (GOV.UK, company certification to work with F gas). Engineers also need F gas qualifications to install new systems, service and maintain them, check for leaks, recover gases and decommission old systems (GOV.UK, qualifications to work with F gas).

Is Climate Flow Gas Safe registered?

Climate Flow is Gas Safe registered for domestic gas work only: boilers and central heating in homes. Gas work in the home, such as installing a gas appliance, must be carried out by a Gas Safe registered engineer. Landlords must use a Gas Safe registered engineer for maintenance and safety checks on the gas equipment they provide for tenants (HSE, gas safety landlords FAQ).

• Air conditioning: Daikin, Mitsubishi Electric, Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, Fujitsu, Toshiba, Panasonic and Samsung.
• Components and controls: Danfoss, Copeland, Tecumseh, Embraco, Carel and Eliwell.

• two Mitsubishi Heavy Industries cassette systems for a restaurant on Orsman Road;
• a walk-in cold room and freezer for a food preparation area at King's Cross St Pancras Station;
• a J&E Hall cellar cooler for a busy hospitality venue in Southwark;
• Mitsubishi Heavy Industries outdoor units with external trunking at a residential property in Northwood;
• a Mitsubishi Electric split system for a newly refurbished retail unit in Hillingdon;
• a split system for a family home in London.
