Project Challenges
During the installation, the customer requested changes to both the indoor unit locations and the refrigerant pipework route after work had already begun. Our engineers reviewed the revised layout, redesigned the installation to suit the customer's preferences and completed the project without compromising installation quality or manufacturer requirements.
The reinforced concrete structure required specialist core drilling equipment together with heavy-duty suspension fixings. Steel channels and threaded rods were installed to securely support both cassette units. The installation also included 5/8" refrigerant pipework, condensate drainage with overflow protection and dedicated condensate pumps to ensure reliable operation.
